Mr. Scott Houlihan, Director of Engineering

Scott Houlihan is responsible for the direction of engineering resources and management of software development projects for RentPayment. In this position, he coordinates RentPayment's integrated solutions to ensure successful implementations for our clients. In his tenure with RentPayment, Mr. Houlihan has been directly involved in defining requirements and managing the implementation of numerous accounting system, electronic banking and payment processor integrations.

Mr. Houlihan has over 13 years of software and product management experience with proven expertise in software development and quality assurance, information technology, and financial analysis. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Managerial Economics.
